
Half Day Cooking Class
Join Us Every Wednesday & Thursday
Skip the morning activity and join us at our beautiful school for the lecture and introduction to Oaxacan cooking with the rest of the group.
Grab an apron and participate in a hands-on cooking class and a sumptuous feast. Make friends as we all convene in the kitchen, learn about Oaxacan food and discover why this state is considered the culinary gemstone of Mexico.
If you need transport we will be happy to connect you with one of our preferred drivers. If you are driving your own car, we can send you the map.
Half day class includes:
Lesson and introduction to the menu and ingredients
Hands-on cooking class and delicious dinner
Fun and friendship!
Return transportation to Oaxaca City

Chef Susana
Susana Trilling is a chef, teacher, caterer, author, TV host, food consultant and directora of Seasons of My Heart Cooking School. Susana has lived in Oaxaca since 1988, where her two sons were born and raised on their ranch outside of the city.

Chef Yolanda
Yolanda is an expert in Oaxacan Cuisine and has been part of the Seasons of My Heart Family for more than 20 years. She comes from San Lorenzo, Cacaotepec, Oaxaca - where our cooking school is located - and her classes are fun and unforgettable. She can teach either in Spanish or English.
