Chocolate Making Demonstration + Cooking Class
We pick you up at 10:00 am in Oaxaca City center. We take you to our cooking school and begin the day with the Chocolate Making Demonstration.
After, we invite you to an almuerzo or light lunch. Out on the patio, you will listen to a presentation and explanation of the days menu consisting in 4 different desserts and details of the ingredients by Chef Mario Terrés.
Everyone grabs an apron and works together to create four magnificent recipes inspired by Chef Mario. Return to Oaxaca around 6 pm.

Chef Mario Terrés
Chef Mario Terrés' expertise lies in the field of pastry, specifically in the areas of bakery and chocolate-making. He has had positions as a bakery chef at 'Pujol' by Grupo Enrique Olvera, a pastry sous chef at the Condesa DF hotel, and he has created his own style in the "el tallercito" workshop by fusing traditional French pastry methods with flavors and techniques from Mexico. Additionally, he has been granted the registered brand "Mario Terrés Chocolates" since 2014.
